Join Swale Community Care Project and Sittingbourne and Sheppey helping Ukraine for the opening of their new Community Cafe at Age UK's Heather House. The Café will be open 6 days per week between 9am and 4pm. CLOSED Sundays. They also have a Food Pantry for those in need and operate on a pay it forward / donation model.
