Description

This year the BWLR celebrate 50 years of operation and they are also celebrating 200 years of rail travel. This will be a day exploring the position of industrial steam locomotion in the history of the railways and the industrial revolution. There will be a full guided tour of the BWLR collection. Visitors will also be able to ride in carriages pulled by one of the steam locomotives – at least two will be operating along the short line. Tickets are priced £10 for adults and £5 for children.
