Description
This summer, for the first time, Brogdale are offering the chance for children to come and grow with them in their unique Brogdale Collections Wildlife Garden. At the Grow to Eat, Eat to Grow Wildlife garden-based sessions they will be able to find out how to grow your own food. These practical and fun one-off sessions encourage children to experience growing the food we eat in a wildlife friendly way and there will always be something to take home at the end. Why not enjoy a walk around the National Fruit Collection while the kids have some gardening fun and learn something new. Sessions are free to participate for children’s Orchard pass holders and will be a small group of a maximum of 15 children with 2 supervisory adults. The sessions are aimed at children who enjoy gardening and working outdoors, but who may not have or may not always take advantage of the opportunity to garden at home or school. You can purchase an Orchard Pass by visiting: brogdalecollections.org .
